Lifetime Television Internship Program

Lifetime is looking for intelligent, driven undergraduates, with a passion for the media industry, who wish to put their education and talent to work! Our program gives undergraduates a real look into the workings of an industry leader and a chance to learn from the best and the brightest in the industry. We offer many opportunities to learn about the industry as a whole through weekly guest speaker luncheons with senior staff, networking opportunities, and job search skills workshops. Internship Program Criteria:

» Open to undergraduates only
» All internships are unpaid and students must receive academic credit
» Must be able to commit to the minimum number of hours per week as outlined below:

Internship Dates and Deadlines:

Session Commitment Per Week Duration Dates
Winter/Spring 2007 15 hour minimum 10 Weeks January 22 – March 30
Summer 2007 24 hour minimum up to 35 hours 10 Weeks June 4 – August 10
Fall 2007 15 hour minimum 10 Weeks September 17 – November 21

» Advertising & Promotions – On-Air & Off-Air Production
» Marketing
» Research
» Human Resources
» Library & Post Production Operations

Internships Available in the Following Lifetime Locations:

» New York City (Manhattan)
» Los Angeles
